How this works
    1. Selecting items
      Click 'Start' to go to the menu and add items you'd like to order to the cart

    2. Creating a receipt
      Once you've finished selecting items, navigate to the cart and check over you order. Once you are happy, fill out the form.

    3. Submitting the order
      Download the receipt and email it to:
